  • Wake up 6.30am everyday
  • Sleep before 11pm every night
  • Exercise 1hr every day
  • Weight at 65kg after 6mths from 1st Aug 2020
  • Engage BH as PT
    • Jogging for 1 hr at 7am every week day
    • Walking with love one late afternoon 3 times a week

(2) Mind and Emotions

  • Read a book - 10 pages every morning and 20 pages every evening
  • Watch 30min motivational video or listen to podcast every night
  • Practice Morning and Evening rituals
  • Positive Reaffirmations everyday

(3) Relationship

  • Bonding activity once every week
  • Chat time every day
  • Monthly "finance review" and "family reflections" with Shirley

(4) Finance

  • FI - Passive Income of SGD 150,000 in 10 years (2030)
  • Stocks - $100,000
  • Bonds - $10,000
  • CPF - $50,000

(5) Investment

  • Review one chapter on Banks and Reits course everyday
  • Review one chapter on Bullet Proof Investing and 5th Person DM everyday
  • Read one section of selected Stock Annual Report everyday
  • Generate 1 weekly Income stock idea every Sunday
  • Invest regularly
    • 2 Income stocks every month (SGD 5K each)
    • 2 US stocks every month (USD 2K each)
    • 1 SRS stock every month (SGD 10K each)
